Change, Positive ThinkingWhen tapping into the  mindset of positive thinking, the power of thought and getting positive, the most important step is to be open about creating a mindset that allows you to think positively. Once you have opened your mind, it is like opening a door to a whole new life.

Creating a positive mindset takes growth.Recognizing that there is a much brighter world out there for you. It takes time and training.   The same way athletes train their bodies to endure long periods of sustained activity, you can train your mind to sustain positive thought patterns, and effectively learn to follow a much more positive path. At first, thinking positively may make you feel awkward or ridiculous, especially if you have never been open to this concept. At first you may feel this is all silliness and your friends and family will ridicule you, but,  it does get easier the more you do it, and eventually, keeping a positive mindset will be as natural as breathing.

Your Power

 The power of positive thinking is life altering and it is personal growth. Your own personal growth program if you will.  Just like any personal growth program there are steps. You can  achieve  optimal results if you keep a positive mental outlook. Remember that it takes 21 days to form a new habit and 3 very short days to break a habit. Therefore, you should perform each of the steps for at least 3 weeks or longer. You can take one step at a time, or several steps at a time; just make sure you are following through to the end of the program.

Attitude

 The new year is the perfect time to start. By simply waking up in the morning with an attitude of gratitude and appreciating you are alive and breathing is a giant step forward for many, many people.

Grab yourself a book on personal growth, and read 10 pages a day, even an audio book will do. I recommend reading it either at the beginning of your day or at the end.
